By accessing or using HanoDecor's website and services ("Services"), operated by Hano Studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Description of Services
HanoDecor provides AI-powered room visualization tools that allow users to upload photos of their spaces and see them transformed into different design styles. Our Services include the AI Studio, Ideas Hub, and related features available through various subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
HanoDecor offers free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free accounts receive limited monthly credits
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire
- Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except for proven defective content (see our Refund Policy)
5. Credit System
Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits from monthly subscriptions do not roll over to the next billing period. Add-on credit packs never expire. Credit usage varies by tool—most tools use 5-10 credits, while complex transformations may use 15 credits.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant HanoDecor a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing our Services. You represent that:
- You own or have rights to the content you upload
- Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
- Your content complies with all applicable laws
7. Intellectual Property
AI-generated designs created through our Services are licensed to you based on your subscription tier. Free plans receive personal use licenses. Starter and Pro plans include commercial licenses allowing use in professional and business contexts.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
- Resell or redistribute AI-generated content without proper licensing
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated designs are for visualization purposes only and should not be considered professional interior design advice. We do not guarantee that designs are structurally feasible or that cost estimates are accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HanoDecor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
